The food was amazing!
Daniel catered a highly regarded pharmaceutical event for me in Las Vegas. This event was performed out of state for my company so I had to depend on Daniel to ensure everything would be taken care of professionally. Daniel performed amazingly well and I could not have asked for someone who was so content and ready to assist me in any way possible. The food was amazing! My physicians really connected and the night was a hit! You could not go wrong using Daniel for any of your events.

Every year we host a open house for about 200 clients which is catered by A Catered Affair. Chef Daniel provides much more than wonderful food he creates a presentation with decorations, food, and staffing. Chef Daniel’s staff is always professional, warm, and friendly, they are great from beginning to end and make everything so easy. Our clients love Chef Daniel’s dishes so much that they actually request repeat items from one year to the next. With Chef Dan I don’t have to worry about anything. He always makes the event perfect.

Everything was beautiful
I met Chef Dan at an event for my company and was so impressed with the taste and presentation of his food that I hired him to cater my 160 people backyard wedding. He spent time meeting us at the rental company, came over to discuss our needs several times and made us so comfortable that we knew we were in good hands. He catered the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Everything was beautiful, he and his associates do a wonderful presentation. The food was out of this world! I have recommended him to our neighbors who plan to use our back yard for their wedding next May. I would use him again and recommend him to everyone!

So nice, easy to talk to, never seems rushed
Daniel was recommended to me by the event coordinator at Aliante Hotel for my wedding reception. So nice, easy to talk to, never seems rushed. I wanted all the food at my reception to be gluten-free as I, and several members of my family, including grandkids, must follow a gluten-free diet. I didn’t want any of my grandkids to feel left out, by not being able to eat some of the food. Daniel worked with me on the menu, and everything was delicious. We had a buffet and the presentation was beautiful. All the serving staff was very nice, and many of our guests commented on how nice everyone was. I would recommend Daniel to anyone. Price was very reasonable.
